We do have the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX which is similar to the Lippert LC407131 and will fit on your 2016 Prime Time Crusader Lite 28RL 5th wheel camper. The Lippert system was discontinued. With the Correct Track # RR23QX you are able to raise your suspension either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4". There is a potential option to give your 5th wheel trailer the added 2 inches of lift you are looking for by using a lift kit:

I say "potential" because there are a couple of things you need to check to ensure the # RR23QX will work for your Primetime Crusader.
